Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers is key, as is identifying and engaging potential new accounts. Monitoring customer inventory, purchasing patterns, and market demand allows you to negotiate orders effectively and maximize sales. Providing customers with up-to-date information on new products, services, pricing, and relevant changes is a core part of the role. You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory performance, and provide timely reports as required. Contributing to the development of annual budgets, sales forecasts, and territory business plans is expected. Gathering and analyzing competitor and market intelligence, and proactively sharing relevant insights with the line manager, will help drive strategy. You will provide market feedback and actionable recommendations to support business growth and customer engagement. Planning and executing promotional and customer engagement activities — including roundtable discussions, patient awareness programs, and other effective marketing initiatives — is part of your remit.
