About Kody Kody is growing rapidly across Europe, APAC, and the US. As we scale globally, operational excellence is key to delivering on our product promise, maintaining regulatory rigour, and driving hyper-growth. We are seeking a visionary and execution-driven VP of Global Operations to build our global operational engine from 0 to 1, automate our core processes, and lead our cross-regional teams. Role Overview In this high-impact executive role, you will be responsible for designing and deploying a centralized, automated global operations framework from the ground up. You will bridge our presence across Europe, APAC, and the US, establishing a 24/7 follow-the-sun operational model. A core priority will be architecting automated CRM tracking and data-driven systems that streamline client lifecycles, optimize internal workflows, and power scalable international expansion.
