Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Junior Digital UAT Tester to support the testing and implementation of enhancements across its digital banking channels. The role focuses on UAT planning, test case preparation and execution, defect tracking, and release verification across a range of digital platforms, including online application portals, e-Banking, mobile channels, chatbots, and messaging platforms. In this role, you will work closely with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure digital enhancements meet business requirements and are successfully delivered into production.
