Job Description Key Responsibilities Portfolio & Fund Management • Support the management of Japan Development Partners (JDP) and other development-focused investment vehicles. • Collaborate closely with acquisitions, development, project management, leasing, and other internal teams to optimize fund performance. • Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, investment returns, and key operating metrics. • Evaluate investment and divestment opportunities through risk-return analysis, hold/sell assessments, and financial performance reviews. • Support transaction execution processes, including asset disposals and strategic portfolio initiatives.
