Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated, dynamic, and academically outstanding Post-doctoral Fellow(s) to join our interdisciplinary team. This role focuses on the research and development of AI algorithms and navigation systems for next-generation construction robotics. Key Responsibilities - Conduct innovative research in AI algorithms (e.g., computer vision, machine learning, reinforcement learning) and navigation systems (e.g., SLAM, path planning, multi-robot coordination) tailored for construction robotics applications. - Design, develop, and prototype robotic systems and algorithms for real-world deployment in dynamic and unstructured construction environments. - Collaborate closely with academic and industry partners to translate research into practical solutions and demonstratable prototypes. - Publish high-impact research in top-tier journals and conferences, and actively participate in knowledge dissemination and grant writing.
