Job Description

Job Description • Perform network and server infrastructure deployment, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ongoing support. • Provide technical planning and support for Internet, Intranet, websites, user application systems, hardware, and system software. • Deliver on-call support for production incidents and perform shift duties as required. • Monitor network performance, diagnose system issues, and implement effective technical resolution strategies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and stability of enterprise infrastructure.
