Business Analyst (Digital Commerce - Shopify & SFCC)

Job Description

The successful candidate will support digital commerce platforms across APAC, with a primary focus on Shopify and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) applications, ensuring smooth business operations and delivery of digital initiatives. Responsibilities - Act as the primary IT specialist for Shopify and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platforms across APAC. - Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for business-critical digital commerce issues. - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve application, integration, and operational issues. - Gather and analyze business requirements from users and translate them into functional specifications. - Document business processes, system functionalities, and integration landscapes. - Support enhancement requests, application improvements, and platform optimization initiatives. - Work closely with technical teams, solution architects, and vendors to ensure successful delivery of solutions. - Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. - Support and manage regional digital commerce projects across APAC. - Drive requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders. - Define business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Coordinate project activities across business users, technical teams, and vendors. - Support project planning, testing, UAT, deployment, and change management activities. - Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery. - Collaborate with Program Managers, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Integration Leads, - Business Analysts, Regional and Local Business Teams. - Work closely with external technology partners, system integrators, and support vendors. - Manage communications between business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
