About Our Client Our client is a large organization within the insurance industry, known for its innovative approach to technology and commitment to delivering high-quality services. Based in Hong Kong, they focus on leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences and business operations. Job Description - Lead end‑to‑end project delivery from initiation and mobilization through execution for large‑scale digital and technology initiatives. - Work closely with project sponsors and business stakeholders to prepare business cases, secure governance approval, and drive execution. - Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. - Provide clear and structured reporting to senior management and steering committees. - Act as a key liaison between Business, IT, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and PMO teams. - Manage external vendors and delivery partners, including RFP, SOW preparation, delivery oversight, and performance management. - Coordinate offshore or outsourced delivery teams to ensure alignment with internal standards and objectives. - Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation plans. - Manage formal change management and governance processes, including required technical and production approvals. - Ensure project delivery aligns with regulatory, compliance, and internal control requirements. - Lead and support project team members, including contract and outsourced resources. - Foster cross‑project collaboration and continuous improvement in project delivery capability.
