Job Description Role Summary Lead end-to-end delivery of IT implementation projects and manage support & maintenance contracts for mission-critical systems serving enterprise clients, including government departments and the Hong Kong International Airport. Key Responsibilities • Lead full project lifecycle — planning, execution, monitoring, and closure — ensuring on-time, on-budget, on-quality delivery • Manage support & maintenance contracts including SLA management, incident resolution, and continuous service improvement • Serve as primary client contact; manage stakeholder expectations, progress reporting, and steering committees • Lead cross-functional project teams; assign tasks, monitor deliverables, and mentor team members • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; escalate critical issues with recommended actions • Coordinate third-party vendors and subcontractors for seamless delivery • Maintain project documentation including plans, status reports, change requests, and post-implementation reviews Show More
