Overall Role This position will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of services in the Facility & Workplace Services with a focus on customer centricity, continuous improvement, operational excellence, safety, and compliance as Lead FM. Duties & Responsibilities MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES The Lead Facility Manager will be responsible to manage the tactical delivery for the assigned properties/facilities and be the main point of contact for client, stakeholders. There are 7 sites in Japan. JLL team is assigned at 3 sites and 4 sites are remotely managed. So team operates not only onsite task but also handle them remotely and Lead FM oversee them.
