Job Description

The Project Management Office (PMO) is a pivotal role within Johnson electric and will be under our corporate office in Hong Kong. The PMO in general is responsible for the following activities: - Global CAPEX management which involves business case review, presenting to management for approval, annual CAPEX budget management. - Program managing special global projects (assigned by C-Suite) example -: new site setup, new product launch, production lines transfer across countries - A critical aspect of this role is the analysis of financial data to identify and address issues impacting regional or site-specific performance. - The PMO will collaborate with respective functions to formulate recovery action plans and is tasked with the creation of accessible and insightful visual reports on Power BI for management updates. - A strong emphasis is placed on leveraging AI, Large Language Models, machine learning, and knowledge of the same will be an added advantage. - Work with manufacturing team on plant shop floor to understand products and operation processes and find new opportunities to save cost thus assisting in our cost leadership strategy. - Eliminating human intervention in developing reports and develop Single Source of truth data sources within the organization.
