Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and high-performing Relationship Manager (RM) to join our client's growing SME Banking division. This role covers two critical revenue engines: SME Relationship Management (Farmer) and Loan Hunter Sales. As an RM, you will lead portfolio strategy and active business acquisition within the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) segment. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing credit risk, and delivering comprehensive banking solutions. This position offers a competitive base compensation complemented by attractive bi-annual (half-yearly) incentive payouts tied to portfolio growth and sales milestones.
