Job Description • Being the regional owner of process governance under Digital Innovation & Optimization Group, acting as the bridge between Global Head office and Regional/Operating Companies to ensure adoption of global standards while enabling practical regional execution • Facilitate regular communication with headquarter office to discuss and understand global standardprocesses. • Gather feedback from Operating Companies on process compliance challenges and relay this information to GHQ for consideration. • Coordinate the gap analysis and deployment of process change across Operating Companies, ensuring timely and effective implementation. • Drive compliance, transparency, and continuous improvement through structured monitoring, stakeholder alignment, and capability development • Facilitating the integration of local regulatory requirements and special scenarios into the standardized workflows to ensure both global consistency and local relevance. • Act as the escalation point for regional or local requirements, ensuring their integration into standard processes to balance global consistency with regional needs. • Review performance metrics with OPCOs to ensure process compliance and report status periodically to key stakeholders. • Lead regional training and capability-building initiatives to ensure operational teams are well-versed in process standards, updates and best practices • Monitor training effectiveness and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement of training materials and delivery.
