Recruit Ref: L060595424 Posting Date: 2026-04-21 Fresenius Kabi Hong Kong Limited Assistant Manager, Supply Chain Management Purpose / Key Responsibilities: Responsible for end‑to‑end supply chain management, including supervision of the Senior Supply Chain Executive and providing operational support to the line manager. Responsibilities: • Manage demand forecasting, inventory planning, forecast accuracy, and half‑yearly stock takes in line with company targets • Lead monthly APO forecast and distributor review meetings; track action items and drive continuous improvement • Coordinate with production plants, internal stakeholders, and distributors on stock replenishment, logistics, new product launches, and product changes • Handle intercompany sales and purchase transactions, as well as tender supply matters including sample arrangements and delivery per contract timelines • Monitor supply chain KPIs, prepare monthly analyses and management reports, and highlight risks or improvement opportunities • Support SOP updates and training material revisions, ensure compliance with company policies, and recommend workflow and process improvements • As the Local Customs and Trade Compliance Officer, oversees local implementation of global policies, supports audits and investigations, delivers training, and monitors regulatory changes to ensure strong and effective compliance across the company • Supervise Senior Supply Chain Executives and provide ad‑hoc support to the line manager Show More
