Role Overview A Hong Kong-based prime brokerage and institutional sales team is hiring a client relationship specialist to sit within its Middle Office function, reporting to the Middle Office lead. This role sits at the intersection of client service and project delivery: you'll be the primary point of contact for institutional clients, translating their needs into action while acting as an internal advocate who pushes issues through to resolution. Over time, the goal is to become a genuinely trusted advisor rather than just a service contact. You'll also spend a meaningful part of your time working across functions - operations, compliance, legal, sales, and technology - both locally and across the region, to make sure the client experience is joined up. The role regularly pulls in outside stakeholders too, including vendors and consultants, wherever that helps keep initiatives moving and tied to broader firm priorities. Show More
