About the Company About the Role We are seeking an experienced Director, Organisation Design & Transformation to lead strategic organisation and workforce transformation initiatives across a complex, international business environment. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with senior leadership to shape future organisational structures, enhance organisational effectiveness, and deliver transformation programmes that support business growth, operational efficiency, and long-term capability building. The successful candidate will bring a combination of organisation design expertise, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and transformation leadership experience gained within large multinational organisations or leading consulting firms.
