Project Design Coordinator

Job Description

Job Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee the design process across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines, scope, and client expectations. Act as the primary liaison between architects, engineers, interior designers, contractors, and clients to facilitate clear communication and timely decision-making. Track design deliverables, revisions, and approvals; maintain centralized documentation including drawings, specifications, and change logs. Support project scheduling by integrating design milestones into overall project plans and identifying potential bottlenecks or resource constraints. Assist in preparing design-related reports, presentations, and meeting minutes for internal stakeholders and external partners. Requirements Higher Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in design coordination, project support, or architectural project administration. Strong understanding of design development phases, construction documentation, and industry standards (e.g., AIA, ISO, or local building codes).
