Role Introduction This role is part of our Engineering Department who are focused on reassurance, keeping our people and our customer’s safe, ensuring that in every aspect of our operation. we have industry leading performance and that our various fleet programmes are delivering to plan, budget and specification. In this role you are reponsible for the safety, technical reliability and operational performance across all ATAs of their fleet, taking ownership of issues and driving them from root cause through to executed solutions and conclusion. You are also responsible for leading and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end outcomes that support achieving our Engineering vision and goals, breaking down silos, and building a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
