Our client is an American mobility as a service provider looking for a Customer Service Agent to join their team. Key Responsibilities • Conduct high-volume outbound warm and cold calls to prospective and existing users. • Promote platform benefits and guide users through onboarding processes. • Achieve daily and weekly call volume, conversion, and quality targets. • Assist users with app installation, navigation, account registration, and document submission. • Resolve user inquiries and technical issues during the onboarding journey. • Maintain accurate CRM records, including call notes, lead status updates, and customer feedback.
