The Role* Manage the company's credit control function, ensuring effective credit risk assessment, customer account monitoring, and collection strategies. * Develop and implement credit policies, procedures, and internal controls to minimise financial risk while supporting business growth. * Collaborate with commercial, finance, and operations teams to resolve outstanding receivables, improve cash flow, and strengthen customer credit management practices. Your Profile* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Professional qualifications are an advantage. * Proven experience in credit management, accounts receivable, collections, or risk management within the shipping, logistics, transportation, or multinational environment. * Strong analytical, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex customer portfolios.
