Success in the role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, sound judgment, the ability to meet deadlines, collaborate effectively with others, take direction, and progressively demonstrate initiative and independence. • Support temple facility maintenance operations, inspections, and site assessments under supervision. • Assist with capital projects, including planning, coordination, documentation, and follow-up activities. • Gain experience in facility and asset planning, lifecycle management, and prioritization of facility needs. • Complete facilities management training and certification requirements, incl. IFMA Essentials of Facility Management. • Participate in site visits, information interviews, workshops, and learning sessions with facilities professionals and subject matter experts. • Work with supervisors to plan activities, set learning objectives, and review progress. • Maintain accurate records of internship activities, learning outcomes, and assigned work. • Build effective working relationships with local and global teams through professional communication and collaboration. • Perform other facilities management or development assignments as directed.
