• Manages and develops a team of Facilities Managers to achieve performance objectives in quality, timeliness, cost effectiveness, compliance, and customer satisfaction. • Assists in the preparation and execution of annual operations and maintenance plans and budgets, while coordinating and monitoring assigned activities. • Oversees the planning and delivery of major maintenance, replacement, and facility improvement projects. • Ensures annual and master plans are implemented in accordance with approved policies, processes, and standards.
