Key Responsibilities This position will be responsible for developing trade marketing objectives, strategies and actions in respective category/range of consumer healthcare products in the marketplace. This role will also take lead to drive category development and promotions, optimize the profitability, grow market share and revenue in both short and long term, with key responsibilities summarized as follows: • Manage the end-to-end customer claims process by collecting and clarifying documents, registering and categorizing claims, preparing review summaries for sales approval, and upon approval, assigning accruals and forwarding finalized details to the O2C Deduction team for system claim creation. • Perform EDI portal checks to ensure key account customers receive all Haleon invoices. • Conduct preliminary investigations in case of disputes or short payments with customers and internal teams. • Work closely with the sales team to set up monitoring mechanisms (workflow, reports, reminders) to ensure the trade claims management process runs smoothly and is completed within the given lead time. • Collaborate closely with the O2C Deduction team to ensure all claims information is clearly understood, aligned, transferred, and processed accurately. • Prepare the management monitoring report and address queries from both internal and external auditors. • KPI incentive part to conduct detailed checking and verification, review supporting documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. • Prepare standard daily & monthly reports, scorecard & data analysis for commercial team. • Maintain templates to facilitate Core Commercial Cycle and data requirements from regional, including Commercial KPI, Trade Inventory Management, linkage of Sell In & Sell Out, monthly Volume forecast and value conversion, weekly LE, Trade spend efficiency, etc. • Handle ad-hoc tasks as requested.
