We are a highly collaborative research team developing an innovative lipid nanoparticle (LNP)-based CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing platform for the treatment of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and frontotemporal dementia (FTD). We are looking for a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow to evaluate single and dual gene knockout strategies targeting two key modifiers of disease pathology, as a novel non-viral therapeutic approach for neurodegenerative diseases.
