ALM Analyst

The role involves preparing and analyzing regular and ad-hoc reports related to ALM risks, developing and maintaining ALM asset and liability models, supporting investment, ALM, and hedging strategies for new products, and analyzing and preparing reports and projects related to ALM Product development.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze regular and ad-hoc reports related to ALM risks
• Develop and maintain ALM asset and liability models used for financial projection and analysis
• Support and develop enhanced investment, ALM, and hedging strategies for new products
• Analyze and prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and projects related to ALM Product development
• Support diverse ALM initiatives by collaborating with multiple stakeholders
• Support new product development, pricing, and risk evaluations from an ALM perspective

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Actuarial Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Engineering, or Finance
• 2+ years of experience in ALM/Investment/Financial Risk within a life insurance organization is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, preferably with VBA
• Knowledge of Actuarial/Financial Risk Management/Investment within an insurance company
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver according to deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Contribute actively as a team player while able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
