Job Description

- Assist the Property Manager in overseeing on-site teams, managing daily property operations, fostering positive relationships with owners and tenants, and supervising site teams across a portfolio of properties. - Conduct regular site inspections and performance reviews to monitor service quality, health and safety compliance, and maintenance standards. - Review and process building budgets and accounts, and prepare financial reports for submission to clients. - Liaise proactively with clients, tenants, contractors, and government authorities to resolve operational issues and ensure statutory compliance.
