The Senior Analyst, Data & AI Enablement will serve as the primary liaison between the APAC Real Estate business and the Real Estate Technology organisation. The role is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve business processes, reporting, decision-making and operational efficiency through the effective use of data, analytics and emerging AI capabilities. Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and Enterprise Data & Analytics functions, the individual will translate business requirements into data products, analytical solutions and AI-enabled capabilities that deliver measurable business outcomes.
