About the Role We are looking for a Senior Broker Operations Manager to drive broker user operations, growth marketing, and engagement across Bitget's Broker Program. This role will focus on developing and executing data-driven growth strategies to activate broker-referred users, increase trading activity and retention, and maximize the long-term value of the broker channel. You will work closely with Broker BD, Marketing, Product, and Data teams to design targeted campaigns, optimize user lifecycle management, and develop scalable growth initiatives that drive sustainable trading volume and revenue.
