Relationship Manager (Japanese speaker)

Job Description

On behalf of an international commercial bank we are seeking a fluent (first language) Japanese speaker with some experience of financial services, preferably commercial / corporate banking, or insurance. Salary: HKD 40,000 to 50,000 per month depending upon experience. Role: • With a specific focus on Japanese corporates you will actively develop new business opportunities, marketing and selling corporate banking services to potential clients. • Evaluate market opportunities for Japanese corporations expanding into South Asia. • Manage client on-boarding processes in alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements. • Work with RMs to onboard new clients and to build relationships. • Travel with RMs to Japan to meet with clients face to face and pitch / sell bank products including trade finance, cash management and corporate lending facilities.
