My client is a leading global fintech and blockchain company expanding rapidly in Asia, seeking a highly experienced Head of Exchange Operations to lead and scale key operational functions across its global digital asset platform. The successful candidate will sit at the centre of exchange performance, leading user-centric operations for the firm's global digital asset platform. Responsibilities • Oversee core exchange operations across market-facing functions and work closely with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Data teams to ensure the exchange runs efficiently, user insights are translated into product improvements, and market dynamics are actively monitored and optimised. • Own user and KYC feedback loops, turning insights into actionable improvements • Monitor token performance, liquidity, and trading activity, and oversee exchange visibility and data accuracy on platforms such as CoinMarketCap • Drive process improvements and operational efficiency • Track key metrics across trading, liquidity, and operational performance Show More
