Hiring: GPU Performance Engineer | Leading Buy-Side Firm | Hong Kong I'm partnering with a leading global buy-side firm looking to hire an experienced GPU Performance Engineer to develop highly optimised GPU solutions for low-latency quantitative trading applications. This is a highly technical, hands-on engineering role, working closely with Quantitative Researchers to translate complex mathematical models into high-performance, production-grade GPU implementations. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop and optimise CUDA kernels for ultra-low-latency inference. • Work directly with Quantitative Researchers to implement and accelerate mathematical models on GPUs. • Optimise GPU performance across memory access, compute utilisation, kernel execution and latency. • Develop custom GPU implementations where standard frameworks and vendor libraries fall short. • Profile, benchmark and fine-tune GPU workloads to achieve maximum hardware efficiency.
