Job Description

Own end-to-end IAM delivery planning and execution, including scope, schedules, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, stakeholder reporting, and change management against agreed commitments. Coordinate requirements, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment activities across enterprise IGA and access management platforms. Drive human identity lifecycle processes covering joiner, mover and leaver workflows, provisioning and deprovisioning, access requests, approvals, and periodic access reviews. Coordinate non-human identity lifecycle management, including inventory, ownership assignment, onboarding, access governance, periodic reviews, and retirement of service accounts and application identities. Partner with business owners, application teams, architects, and security stakeholders to align IAM requirements and integrations with enterprise standards and applicable financial services control requirements. Coordinate delivery teams and platform partners, facilitate design and delivery reviews, and resolve cross-team dependencies and delivery risks.
