Network Security Specialist | Singapore 📍 Singapore 📅 1-Year Renewable Contract Key Responsibilities Provide L2 production support for network and security infrastructure.Manage security incidents, service requests and changes.Investigate and respond to security incidents including phishing, malware and other security events.Perform vulnerability remediation and infrastructure hardening.Manage and troubleshoot firewalls, IPS/IDS, proxies, VPNs and remote-access solutions.Support LAN/WAN/VPN environments.Manage DNS and DHCP services.Support network-security implementation and enhancement projects.Maintain security SOPs, procedures, documentation and knowledge articles.Maintain network-security assets and CMDB records.Provide technical guidance and escalation support to L1 teams.Support security upgrades and continuous operational improvements.
