Job Summary We are hiring a Windows Cloud Infrastructure Expert to oversee production operations, manage critical escalations, and ensure infrastructure stability across Windows, VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, GCP and HPE environments. The ideal candidate will drive technical improvements, infrastructure projects and operational best practices within a financial services environment. Mandatory Skill-set Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field;Must have 2 - 5 years of experience in Windows Infrastructure Management;Strong hands-on expertise in Windows OS, Hyper-V and Failover Clustering;Hands-on experience with HPE hardware (DL, Synergy, SimpliVity and Alletra series);Strong scripting and automation skills using Python and PowerShell, including workflow integration tools;Experience with Active Directory and Windows patch management tools;Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across multiple technologies;Good knowledge of VMware (vSphere, vCenter, vROps and vRLI) is an added advantage;Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills;Customer-focused, proactive team player with the ability to work under pressure.
