Responsibilities This is an exciting role where you will be responsible for designing and delivering structured leadership development and learning programmes aligned to organisational priorities. You will adopt a programmatic approach to developing innovative, scalable learning solutions that strengthen leadership capabilities and drive meaningful behavioural change. A key focus will be on curriculum design, developing and enhancing flagship leadership programmes and learning journeys, as well as hands-on facilitation of workshops and moderation of leadership discussions.
