About the role BIPO's HR function supports Singapore and eighteen countries across the Rest of World. This role owns HR operations end to end for Singapore and supports the Rest of World entities — the full employee lifecycle, day-to-day employee support, HR administration including government claims and grant submissions, and office administration. It is a hands-on ownership role rather than a support one. The work carries deadlines that cannot slip: payroll cut-offs, work pass expiries and statutory claim windows. You will be trusted to run this layer of HR reliably and to raise issues early, with guidance from the HR Lead rather than daily supervision. Show More
