The Associate Performance Marketing Specialist is an execution-focused role for someone early in their paid media career and ready to grow quickly. You’ll work closely with your Specialist lead and the wider Paid Performance team to support campaign setup, day-to-day optimisation, and performance reporting across Google Ads and Meta — building the technical foundation and analytical habits required to become a strong performance marketer. This is a high-learning, high-accountability role.
