Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES Support the development and execution of integrated social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectivesOwn end-to-end daily social media management across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, X and/or emerging channelsExecute content planning and maintain the social content calendar in alignment with campaign launches and seasonal storytellingCollaborate with creative teams and independently produce engaging, platform-native content (videos, reels, motion assets, stills) when requiredExecute digital and social campaigns to drive engagement, reach, brand relevance and performance outcomesSupport influencer partnerships across organic and paid initiativesMonitor platform performance metrics, generate insights and recommend optimization strategies to achieve KPIsConduct competitor audits and basic market research to identify trends and content opportunitiesPrepare regular performance reports and updates for internal stakeholdersAssist in paid social planning, monitoring and reportingDrive daily community management, fostering engagement, follower growth and active community participationSupport cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Creative, E-commerce and Regional teams Show More
