RESPONSIBILITIES Drive innovative creative ideation and execution for the brand’s marketing, social campaigns, activations and content to achieve marketing goalsDevelop, define, and be accountable for the end-to-end creative approach, including design, art direction, video motion graphics, AR/VR, gamification, AI-driven content solutions, partnerships and collaborationsLead the exploration and implementation of AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance creative efficiency, personalization, content scalability and innovation across platformsEnsure governance and best practices for the ethical, brand-safe and commercially effective use of AI in creative development and production workflowsCollaborate with functional and key market leads to create and drive content strategy across channels and mediaEnsure creative excellence by managing and mentoring a team of designers and photographers to deliver a strong brand identity and effective creative outputContinually manage the brand identity, ensuring it remains central and consistent across all creative projects and platforms globallyStructure and deliver outstanding creative presentations, both internally and externallyChampion new and interesting creative talents within the industryRecognize opportunities to grow and shape the brand through partnerships and collaborations with brands and talent that align with our valuesPartner with team producers to establish forward-thinking production approaches, workflows and schedulesBuild strong relationships with external agencies and partners as requiredAnalyse campaign performance, market trends, consumer needs, AI-assisted insights and the competitive landscape to inform and optimize the team’s creative outputWork closely with other creatives, photographers, media designers, UI/UX designers and internal key stakeholders and senior leadersPerform all other job-related duties as assigned Show More
