Key Responsibilities Business Analysis (60–70%) Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders, translating business needs into technology solutions that support HR transformation and operational improvement initiatives. Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for HR technology and HRIS initiatives. Analyse existing HR processes, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and user experience. Work closely with HR, Technology, Operations, and external vendors to assess business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements. Support Workday / HRIS implementation, enhancements, system integration, data migration, testing, and optimisation initiatives. Evaluate proposed solutions against business requirements, assessing functionality, feasibility, scalability, maintainability, cost, operational impact, and technology risks. Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and stakeholder discussions to align business expectations and resolve requirement gaps or conflicts. Coordinate and support system testing, including SIT, UAT, defect tracking, and validation of delivered solutions against agreed business requirements. Manage requirements traceability and support change requests by assessing their impact on business processes, system functionality, and project deliverables.
