Associate Director/ Senior Manager - HNW Distribution

Job Description

The Role You will act as a key distribution lead, building strong relationships with international brokers, private banks, insurance specialists, relationship managers and other wealth-distribution partners. This is a highly commercial and market-facing role covering distributor engagement, partnership activation, pipeline development and the execution of complex HNW insurance opportunities. Key Responsibilities Drive HNW business growth across assigned distribution channels and marketsDevelop strong relationships with international brokers, private banks, family offices, wealth advisers and other distribution partnersIdentify new opportunities and build a sustainable commercial pipelineSupport the onboarding and activation of new distribution partnersCoordinate training, operational readiness and initial case executionProvide distributors with guidance on HNW propositions, processes and business-related enquiriesDeliver product and proposition training to strengthen distributor capabilitiesDevelop distributor engagement strategies, campaigns and marketing initiativesGather market intelligence, competitor insights and distributor feedback to support business planningWork closely with Case Management, Underwriting, Compliance, Claims, Operations and Product teams to facilitate complex case executionResolve commercial, operational and servicing issues affecting distributors or clientsManage and guide junior distribution team members where applicable Show More
