Job Description

• Assist the senior members for managing transactions for Office Leasing Advisory – including arranging schedules, analyzing the pros and cons of respective options, advising the best negotiation strategies and seeing strategies through to ensure maximum results. • Work closely with other departments (e.g., Research department) to help Landlords and Tenants. • Regularly monitor and update the team regarding tenant movements, building availabilities, and newer developments specific to our market. • Perform financial analysis and conduct due diligence in order to properly advise clients • Proactively create business opportunities by sourcing prospective clients from company database and external sources through cold calls, networking, and referrals. • Cross sell other company services; systematic and regular follow up of leads with the purpose of generating business/revenue. • Target business development opportunities working with colleagues within the team and other departments to drive OneJLL success. • Manage fee negotiations, billings, team projects and debt recovery. • Inspecting and measuring client premises, compiling comparable evidence, assessing accurate rental values, reporting to clients. • Negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals, new letting and providing professional advise to Landlords or Tenants.
