Your new role As a New Product Development Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end product development life cycle, from concept through to launch and post-launch evaluation. You will lead new product development initiatives, including market research, feasibility studies, formulation discussions, pilot runs, and regulatory compliance. • Lead end-to-end new product development projects from concept ideation to launch and post-launch review • Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities • Define product concepts, including positioning, format, ingredients, and pricing strategy • Collaborate closely with internal teams (R&D, QA, Regulatory, Procurement, Sales, Marketing) to ensure smooth project execution. • Manage relationships with OEM/ODM suppliers, factories, and external laboratories • Coordinate formulation development, product specifications, and stability/sample testing • Oversee packaging development, including artwork checking, labelling compliance, and regulatory requirements • Ensure products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards throughout development • Monitor product portfolio performance, including sales, margins, pricing, and inventory levels • Prepare product training materials and technical selling points for internal teams and key customers • Support regulatory and quality-related activities such as product registration, change control, incident handling, and product recalls
