ML / AI Engineer (LLM Production)

We are looking for a hands-on Engineer to help us build and deploy a mission-critical, confidential LLM project within the financial services sector. The Mission Move beyond experiments to deliver a live, enterprise-grade AI system. You will own the lifecycle from fine-tuning to production-scale inference. Key Responsibilities • Model Engineering: Fine-tune open-weight models (Qwen/DeepSeek) and build RAG pipelines using vector databases. • Inference Optimization: Scale models using vLLM/SGLang and quantization (INT4/INT8) to meet strict latency SLAs. • Enterprise MLOps: Deploy and manage pipelines across IBM watsonx.ai and OpenShift environments. • AI-Assisted Dev: Use Claude Code and GPT-codex to rapidly prototype and ship code.
