Job Description
Position Summary The role is accountable for developing and delivering on relationships with BCO accounts covering Greater China. This entails developing and executing sales / key account strategies, developing long-term strategic relationships with Retails and/or Fashion customers and reporting on account performance to support DP World China achieving its sales KPIs and business goals. Key Accountabilities: • Develop a deep understanding of the customer’s business and identify/ explore commercial opportunities in the location. • Build, manage and extend relationships with key BCOs in the locations to achieve OKRs and KPIs. • Monitor performance of sales plans and evaluate successes, risks and opportunities and formulate plans to address these. • Contribute to the formulation and implementation of DP World’s overall sales and account management strategy for China and locations to enhance P&L. • Manage relationship across the logistics value chain (e.g., agents, shippers) within the countries to guarantee a seamless customer experience. • Develop a deep understanding of the customer’s business and identify/ explore commercial opportunities in the region.
