Our client is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to support and enhance enterprise platform services across container platforms, Linux environments, messaging systems, and identity services. This role sits within the Platform Services team and will be responsible for L2/L3 support, platform stability, root cause analysis, automation, and continuous improvement across business-critical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Platform Engineering & L2/L3 Support • Provide L2 and L3 technical support across enterprise platform services, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. • Troubleshoot complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions to improve service stability.
