Lead Database Engineer | Hong Kong | Buy-side A leading trading firm is looking for a Lead Database Engineer to join its Infrastructure team in Hong Kong. This is a hands-on technical leadership role with 20–30% people management, supporting and evolving the firm's mission-critical database platform. Key requirements: • Strong experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL • Hands-on on-prem Linux administration (essential) • Experience with database performance tuning, HA, backup and recovery • Background in financial services (buy-side, sell-side or trading firm) • Previous leadership or mentoring experience
