Role Overview Engineer reporting to Technical Manager - IT Infrastructure Engineering, this role supports daily activities of current VDI Citrix platform and the delivery of the new VDI solution to replace the existing platform, working closely with the Technical Manager to ensure a smooth deployment and migration. It provides advanced technical support, manages escalations, coordinates with vendors and cross‑functional teams, and ensures all activities comply with the Club’s PDLC, security, and governance standards.
