About the Firm Our client is a global universal bank with a leading Emerging Markets private banking franchise covering Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, London, Switzerland and the Americas. Multiple booking centres, team-hire appetite and a fully discretionary bonus structure from Day 1 make this a compelling proposition for senior bankers and team leads. The Role • Lead a senior UHNW client portfolio with $500M+ book from Hong Kong • Drive Business Plan execution of $100M+ per annum over a three-year horizon • Build out the franchise through team-based hiring (3–4 banker groups encouraged) • Partner with regional leadership on franchise strategy and senior-client coverage • Operate across multiple booking centres for client optimisation
