Our client is a well-established financial institution with a strong growth trajectory within Synthetic Equities space, with an already double-digit year on year growth figure. As a part of their continued growth, they are hiring an experienced individual to join them as VP- Client Services and Middle Office based in HK, with a regional coverage. Some of the key responsibilities include: Client Services & Relationship Management • Act as the primary point of contact for hedge funds and institutional clients trading synthetic equity products. • Proactively resolve client issues, coordinating with trading desks, risk, operations, and technology teams. • Build strong client relationships to enhance retention and identify growth opportunities.
